1.Schedule videos on Facebook
The Buzzmonitor Publisher module can now publish and schedule video contents for Facebook. Many formats are supported: 3g2, 3gp, 3gpp, asf, avi, dat, divx, dv, f4v, flv, gif, m2ts, m4v, mkv, mod, mov, mp4, mpe, mpeg, mpeg4, mpg, mts, nsv, ogm, ogv, qt, tod, ts, vob, wmv.
2. GIPHY, the largest online GIF archive, is now linked to Buzzmonitor!
Buzzmonitor now displays a full list of GIFs directly from GIPHY,
the service with the largest online GIF archive. It is possible to search in its entire collection, select your favorite GIFs, and choose a GIF among the ones that are trending at the time of your reply. Interactions with consumers that use GIFs make the entire process more human, fun, and dynamic than ever.
Note: it is still possible to select a GIF that is saved on your computer to answer an interaction.
3. Publisher was updated to be able to post tweets with up to 28 characters
Recently, Twitter updated their platform, allowing its users to post tweets with double the amount of characters. And now, the 280-character tweets are available for replying and publishing content directly through Buzzmonitor.
4. Enhanced Social CRM: 15 new reports
Now, Buzzmonitor has 15 new Social CRM reports that are automatically generated every time a new brand is created. They are all available at the Social CRM tab, on the “Overview CRM” folder. Triggers now have a new filter based on time and days of the week. This makes it easier to create alerts via email only for the interactions that are received during the weekend, for example.
