How to create my own Bot using Buzzmonitor Bot Engine?
Access http://www.getbuzzmonitor.com/botengine/ , register your professional email and pick a name for your bot. (For example: CustomerSupportForMyBrand)
After you choose the name of your prototype, you need to feed your bot with the questions and answers you would like it to use. The more data you give the better!
Remember to use the following structure shown on the figure below (Question and answer):
You can also download our file format (.CSV) and wrIte your questions (First column) and answers (second column) and upload it to our site using the "Send file" button (recommended way).
When you're done uploading the file click on:
You will be redirected to the Buzzmonitor Bot-Engine site and will be able to start testing your bot.
To chat with your bot, write the name of your Bot followed by a "/" (for example, to chat with our Bot, write Buzzmonitor).
After creating and testing your prototype with your marketing team, you can move your prototype to your official Facebook bot.
Your Bot will be updated everytime you upload a new file with questions and answers and you will also have access to a Dashboard complete with real-time analytics of your Bot. You will be redirected to the Buzzmonitor Bot-Engine site and will be able to start testing your bot.
