Metrics analysis serves as a guide to steer your social media team’s actions, and for this, we rely on the Analytics Pro module of Buzzmonitor. Through this functionality, it’s possible to analyze metrics from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Google My Business, LinkedIn, and TikTok profiles, both profiles you manage and competitor brands you want to analyze.

Analytics Pro – Facebook

Available for profiles you manage and public profiles:

FANS TAB: Metrics such as fan growth and total fans per day appear here.

CONTENT TAB: Metrics on the number of organic posts made by the page, as well as the format in which they were posted and the date, appear here. This tab also includes Top Posts: posts with the most engagement during a specific period; each Top Post has metrics for interactions, engagement per 1000/fans, reactions, comments, shares.

ENGAGEMENT TAB: Metrics such as growth and average engagement, even divided by post type and date, appear here. Interactions by date and post type also appear here.

NEW FEATURE: The flexibility to convert engagement metrics from “division by 1000 users” to “division by 100” has been integrated, showing results in percentage format.

 

Available only for profiles you manage:

CONTENT TAB: In the Top Posts, in addition to the previously mentioned metrics, more engagement metrics such as views, reach, impressions, and clicks appear.

ENGAGEMENT TAB: The talking about metric, representing the number of people talking about the page, is also found here.

INSIGHTS TAB: Metrics for organic and sponsored impressions, reach metrics, age and gender of fans, fan growth by age and gender, as well as fans by city appear here.

ADS TAB: The number of ads, ad peak, amount spent on sponsored posts, and their distribution per day; as well as engagement, reach, and impressions of these posts, and Top Ads appear here. Each Top Ad has metrics for interactions, engagement, reactions, comments, shares, clicks, reach, impressions, and budget.

 

Analytics Pro – Instagram

Available for profiles you manage and public profiles:

FOLLOWERS TAB: Metrics such as follower growth, maximum followers, and followed accounts appear here.

CONTENT TAB: Metrics on the number of organic posts made by the page, as well as the format in which they were posted and the date, appear here. This tab also includes Top Posts: posts with the most engagement during a specific period. Each Top Post has metrics for interactions, engagement per 1000/fans, likes, and comments.

ENGAGEMENT TAB: Metrics such as growth and average engagement of reach, as well as engagement per 1000 reached users, even divided by post type and date, appear here. Interactions by date and post type also appear here.

 

Available only for profiles you manage:

NEW FEATURE: The “shared actions” metric for Instagram Reels is now available, which can be viewed in the TOP Posts and in the interaction distribution charts.

 

Analytics Pro – YouTube

Available for profiles you manage and public profiles:

SUBSCRIBERS TAB: Metrics for total subscribers, their growth, and average change in subscribers per day appear here.

CONTENT TAB: The channel’s posts and Top Posts with metrics for interactions, views, likes, dislikes, and comments appear here.

ENGAGEMENT TAB: Metrics on growth, average, and maximum views; growth, average, and maximum engagement during the selected period, as well as new interactions and their distribution per day, appear here.

 

Analytics Pro – X (Twitter)

Available for profiles you manage and public profiles:

FOLLOWERS TAB: Metrics on change and average followers per day, total followed accounts, total public lists, and the growth of these lists appear here.

CONTENT TAB: Metrics on profile post types (Tweets, Retweets, and Replies) even by date appear here. Top Posts with metrics for interactions, likes, retweets, and replies also appear.

ENGAGEMENT TAB: Metrics on growth, average, and maximum engagement, interactions and their distribution per day, as well as the number of mentions appear here.

NEW FEATURE: In the engagement tab of X pages, you now have access to metrics for Total Views and a new chart with the Views histogram by day. In the Content tab, views can also be monitored in the interactions listed in the Top Posts.

SOCIAL TAB: Responded and unanswered mentions, response rate distribution by date, and response time appear here.

 

Analytics Pro – Google My Business

Available only for profiles you manage:

OVERVIEW TAB: Growth in ratings, maximum rating day, responded and unanswered reviews, and response rate appear here.

CUSTOMERS TAB: Total reviews per day, their star rating, distribution of gender of customers who reviewed the location, and highest-rated reviews appear here.

ENGAGEMENT TAB: Metrics on growth and average engagement, phone clicks per day, and website clicks appear here.

NEW FEATURE: Users now have the option to view the “Global Rating Evolution by Day” graph in the Customers tab of Analytics Pro. This graph illustrates the variation in the overall score of Google My Business locations over time.

 

Analytics Pro – LinkedIn

Available only for profiles you manage:

NEW FEATURE: We have now introduced the Insights tab, which covers the existing impressions chart and adds Total Impressions and Average Impressions metrics.

 

Analytics Pro – TikTok

Available only for profiles you manage:

FOLLOWERS TAB: The number of followers and their average growth per day, distribution by country and gender, and online follower distribution by hour appear here.

CONTENT TAB: The number of posts and Top Posts with metrics for interactions, engagement, views, likes, comments, and shares appear here.

ENGAGEMENT TAB: Metrics on growth, average, and maximum engagement, number of interactions, and their distribution appear here.

INSIGHTS TAB: Metrics for new impressions and average impressions per day on videos and the profile appear here.

NEW FEATURE: Users now have the option to check the reach metric of TikTok posts directly in the Top Post list. This specific metric highlights the number of unique users who viewed the video.
